1. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide within South Africa, including major cities and outlying areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

Within Gauteng: 1-2

Major centers (e.g. BLM, DBN, PE, EL, CT): 2–4 business days

Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, load-shedding disruptions, or severe weather.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.

Free shipping: Orders over R1,000 (main centers), R1500 (outlying areas)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
6. Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable, your parcel may be held at the nearest depot for collection, or a re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.
7. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control, such as:

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and postal code are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

10. International Shipping
